OpenAI 只在重置场景下写清了周期：重置卡、自动重置或付费重置生效后，新周期从你在 Work 或 Codex 里发的第一条请求开始，下一次自动重置在那条请求之后 7 天，而不是付款后 7 天。正常订阅下周期从哪开始，官方没写；日期以 Settings → Usage 显示为准。云端和本地用量共用同一份周额度。

Weekly limits reset at a fixed time each week that is assigned to your account. Your reset day and time stay the same regardless of when you start using Claude or when your subscription begins, and you receive your full weekly allowance each cycle. You can see your next reset time in Settings > Usage.The session and weekly limits are shared across all models, so switching models doesn't restore access. The Opus and Sonnet limits each apply only to requests to that model family, so switching to a model outside the family with /model keeps you working.You can use up to 50% of your weekly usage limits on Fable models at no extra cost.
