重置卡存在账号里，直到你使用或它过期（活动赠送的 30 天内有效，除非活动另有说明）。使用后 5 小时和周窗口都刷新；新周期从你之后的第一条请求开始，下一次自动重置在那之后 7 天。只有真正刷新了至少一个窗口，卡才算用掉。自动或全局重置直接生效，不会存成卡。任何重置都不会提高套餐上限。

Using a full banked reset refreshes your 5-hour and weekly Codex usage windows and changes your weekly reset date. Check Settings → Usage for your updated reset time.The reset is consumed only when it successfully refreshes at least one eligible usage window. If there is nothing to reset, it remains available.Your new weekly usage period starts with your first request in Work or Codex after the reset is applied, regardless of whether you have any remaining usage. Your next automatic weekly reset is scheduled 7 days after that first request.An automatic reset is applied directly to the usage limits covered by the announcement. The automatic reset itself is not saved for later. Usage after it is applied counts toward your refreshed allowance.A reset restores your allowance.
