周额度什么时候重置？

The weekly limit controls how much included work you can use over the weekly usage period.

Your new weekly usage period starts with your first request in Work or Codex after the reset is applied, regardless of whether you have any remaining usage. Your next automatic weekly reset is scheduled 7 days after that first request.

The next automatic weekly reset is 7 days after that first request, not necessarily 7 days after payment.

Local messages and cloud chats share your plan's usage allowance. Weekly limits may also apply.

Weekly limits reset at a fixed time each week that is assigned to your account. Your reset day and time stay the same regardless of when you start using Claude or when your subscription begins, and you receive your full weekly allowance each cycle. You can see your next reset time in Settings > Usage.

The session and weekly limits are shared across all models, so switching models doesn't restore access. The Opus and Sonnet limits each apply only to requests to that model family, so switching to a model outside the family with /model keeps you working.

You can use up to 50% of your weekly usage limits on Fable models at no extra cost. They draw from your plan's regular weekly usage limits and use them faster than other Claude models.
