Codex history records public announcements from Tibo and retains original post links; Claude and Grok records distinguish source evidence, scope and review status. Collection or review can be delayed, so a missing record does not prove no reset occurred. Usage guides cite official documentation. Prompt references explain what was adapted by whenreset; a source citation is not a claim that every prompt was tested. Article dates describe source checks, not a guarantee that a vendor rule is unchanged.
